Pressurized system: Hot coolant can cause serious burn. To open cap, stop engine, wait until radiator is cool. Then loosen cap slowly to relieve the pressure.

The cooling system pressure cap is positioned at the top left rear of the machine.
Maintain the coolant level to 13 mm (0.5 inch) from the bottom of the filler pipe.
Inspect the radiator core for debris. Clean the radiator core, if necessary.Compressed air is preferred, but high pressure water or steam can be used in order to remove dust and general debris from the radiator. Required cleaning of the radiator is determined by the condition of the radiator.

If the coolant level is low, remove the cooling system pressure cap slowly in order to relieve system pressure. Add the required coolant in order to maintain the proper coolant level. If coolant is added daily, check for leaks.
Inspect the cooling system pressure cap and the seal on cooling system pressure cap for debris, for foreign material, or for damage. Clean the cooling system pressure cap with a clean cloth. Replace the cooling system pressure cap if the cooling system pressure cap is damaged.
Install the cooling system pressure cap.
