The Signal and Pressure Reducing Valve is located on the right side of the machine.
Place a suitable container under the machine in order to prevent spillage.

Disconnect the following items: 161-6167 Hose Assembly (9), 161-6166 Hose Assembly (10), 161-6169 Hose Assembly (11) and 162-9879 Hose Assembly (12). Discard all of the O-Ring Seals. Plug all ports, lines, and hoses in order to prevent loss of hydraulic oil and contamination of the hydraulic oil system.
Remove two 8T-3647 Bolts (13) and two 8T-4224 Washers (14) in order to remove 160-8538 Signal and Pressure Reducing Valve (15) from the machine frame. Retain the hardware.
Secure the 160-8538 Signal and Pressure Reducing Valve in a suitable clamp. Remove the following items and retain the following items: 6V-8714 Seal Connector (17), 6V-8635 Seal Connector (18) and 165-7948 Check Valve (19) .Discard the following items: 160-8538 Signal and Pressure Reducing Valve (15), 6V-9872 Connector (16) and all of the O-Ring Seals.

Install 6V-8714 Seal Connector (17) to 170-1601 Signal and Pressure Reducing Valve (1). Use a new 3D-2824 O-Ring Seal .Install 6V-8635 Seal Connector (18) to 170-1601 Signal and Pressure Reducing Valve (1). Use a new 7M-8485 O-Ring Seal .Install 165-7948 Check Valve (19) to 170-1601 Signal and Pressure Reducing Valve (1). Use a new 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal .
Install 170-1601 Signal and Pressure Reducing Valve (1) to the machine frame. Use two 8T-3647 Bolts (13) and two 8T-4224 Washers (14) that were retained from Step 7.
Connect 161-6169 Hose Assembly (11). Use a new 4J-5477 O-Ring Seal .Connect 161-6166 Hose Assembly (10). Use a new 5K-9090 O-Ring Seal .Connect 161-6167 Hose Assembly (9). Use a new 5K-9090 O-Ring Seal .

Remove the hydraulic tank cover. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, SENR9129, "Hydraulic Tank - Remove". Retain the hardware.
Place a suitable container under the machine in order to prevent spillage.

Disconnect 146-4034 Hose Assembly (20) from 6V-9837 Swivel Tee (21) .
Remove the following items and discard the following items: 162-9879 Hose Assembly (12), 6V-9837 Swivel Tee (21), 6V-9873 Connector (22) and all of the O-ring Seals.Plug all ports, lines, and hoses in order to prevent loss of hydraulic oil and contamination of the hydraulic oil system.

Connect 8T-6876 Elbow (2) to 137-1885 Check and Pressure Reducing Valve (23). Use a new 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal .Note: 8T-6876 Elbow (2) replaces both 6V-9837 Swivel Tee (21) and 6V-9873 Connector (22) .
Connect 146-4034 Hose Assembly (20) to 8T-6876 Elbow (2). Use a new 6V-8398 O-Ring Seal .
Check the oil level of the hydraulic system. If necessary, add oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBP7028, "Hydraulic System Oil - Check". Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBP7028, "Lubricant Viscosities and Refill Capacities".
Tighten the filler cap on the hydraulic tank.
Install the hydraulic tank cover. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, SENR9129, "Hydraulic Tank - Install".
