Installation Procedure

Install fan motor (12). Install bolts (11) .

Install fan (10). Install bolts (9). Torque bolts (9) to 30 7 N m (22 5 lb ft).

Install fan drive assembly (6). Install bolts (1), (3), (4) and (8). Tighten bolts (1), (3), (4) and (8) to a torque of 30 7 N m (22 5 lb ft). Connect hose assemblies (2), (5) and (7) .
Tilt the radiator back into the operating position.
Check the level of the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Level - Check".
Check the hydraulic oil level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check".
