1. Remove the turbocharger oil supply line (1) and oil drain line (2).2. Remove the turbocharger air outlet pipe (3).3. Install a 3/8" - 16NC forged eyebolt in top of turbocharger.4. Attach a hoist and remove the four turbocharger mounting bolts and nuts (4). Remove the turbocharger - weight 50 lbs. (23 kg).Install Turbocharger
1. Coat the threads of the turbocharger mounting bolts with 9M3710 Anti-Seize Compound.2. Attach a hoist and position the turbocharger on engine. Install the mounting bolts and nuts. Tighten nuts to 40 4 lb. ft. (5,5 0,55 mkg).3. Install the turbocharger air outlet pipe.4. Install the oil supply line and the oil drain line.concluding step: a) install air cleaner assembly
