1. Remove the floor plates.2. Put identification on all hose and tube assemblies for correct installation.3. Disconnect tubes (3) and (4). Disconnect hoses (1).4. Remove the bolts that hold the pressure control valve to the implement pump.5. Remove pressure control valve (2). 6. Remove O-ring seal (5) from the valve body.
Cover (6) is under spring pressure. To prevent bodily injury loosen bolts (7) slowly and evenly to remove cover (6).
7. Remove bolts (7) slowly and cover (6) from the valve body. Remove the O-ring seal from cover (6). 8. Remove spring (10), shims (9) and valve spool (8) from the valve body.Install Pressure Control Valve (Restrictor Valve)
1. Clean and make an inspection of all parts of the valve. Make a replacement of the parts that are worn or damaged. Put clean hydraulic oil on the valve parts at assembly.2. Install valve spool (1), shims (2) and spring (3) in the valve body as shown. See Testing And Adjusting section for the correct amount of shims (2) needed. 3. Put O-ring seal (5) and cover (4) in position over the spring on the valve body. Install the two bolts to hold the unit together. 4. Install O-ring seal (6) on the end of the valve body. 5. Put pressure control valve (9) in position on the implement pump and install the bolts that hold it.6. Install hoses (7). Install tubes (8) and (10).7. Install the floor plates.
