Do not disconnect any air lines from the control valve until the air pressure is zero.
2. Disconnect two air lines (7) from the valve. Disconnect two wires (6).3. Remove the cotter pins and pins (2). Remove pedal (3).4. Remove bolts (1) and the wire. Remove differential lock control valve (4).5. Remove tee (5) from the valve.Install Differential Lock Control Valve (If So Equipped)
1. Install tee (2) on the valve. 2. Put differential lock control valve (1) in position on the frame. Install the bolts that hold it. One of the electric wires is held by one of the bolts that holds the valve.3. Put the pedal in position on the valve. Install the two pins that hold it. Install the two cotter pins in the pins.4. Connect the two electric wires to the switch.5. Connect air lines (3) to their correct location on the valve.Disassemble Differential Lock Control Valve
start by: a) remove differential lock control valve 1. Remove valve body (4) from plunger housing (1).2. Remove boot (3) from the plunger. Remove nut (2) and the two washers. Remove plunger housing (1) from bracket (5). 3. Remove spring (9) and plunger (13) from housing (1).4. Remove stem (12) and spring (8) from the valve body.5. Remove connector (6), spring (10), and valve (7) from the valve body.6. Remove valve assembly (11).Assemble Differential Lock Control Valve
1. Inspect the O-ring seals. Replace the O-ring seals if necessary. 2. Install valve assembly (3) on the valve body.3. Put valve (2) and spring (1) in position in the valve body. Install the connector that holds the valve and the spring.4. Install spring (4) and stem (5) in the valve body. 5. Put plunger (7) and the spring in position in housing (6).6. Put the housing in position on bracket (9). Install the washers and nut (8) that holds it. Install boot (10) on the plunger.7. Install the valve body on housing (6).end by: a) install differential lock control valve
