Remove cover (1).

Disconnect harness assembly (2).

Remove nut (3). Remove window wiper (4). Disconnect hose (5).

Remove nut (6) and nut (7) to remove wiper motor (8).Installation Procedure

Install nut (7). Tighten nut (7) to a torque of 9 1 N m (80 9 lb in). Install nut (6). Tighten nut (6) to a torque of 7.5 1.5 N m (66.4 13.3 lb in).

Install window wiper (4). Connect hose (5). Install nut (3). Tighten nut (3) to a torque of 21 1 N m (186 9 lb in). After approximately 30 minutes, tighten nut (3) again to a torque of 21 1 N m (186 9 lb in).Note: When checking the torque of nut (3) in the field, nut (3) must have a torque of 12 N m (106 lb in) minimum.

Connect harness assembly (2).

Install cover (1).
