Remove the cab
Drain the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Drain and Fill" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Remove covers (1).

Attach a suitable lifting device to platform (2). The weight of platform (2) is approximately 91 kg (200 lb)

Disconnect bracket (3) from the platform.

Remove bolts (4).

Remove bracket (5) and platform (2).

Disconnect harness assemblies (7) and hose assemblies (8).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to bracket (9). The weight of bracket (9) is approximately 91 kg (200 lb).

Attach a suitable lifting device to ladder (10). The weight of ladder (10) is approximately 23 kg (50 lb).

Remove cover (11).

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to hydraulic tank (12). The weight of hydraulic tank (12) is approximately 363 kg (800 lb).

Disconnect hose assembly (13).

Disconnect all hose assemblies (14) connected to the bottom of the hydraulic tank. Remove bolts (15).

Remove bolts (16) and hydraulic tank (12). Installation Procedure
Install hydraulic tank (12) in the reverse order of removal.
