Install piston (17) , spring (18) , and retainer (19) into the pump housing.

Install rings (15) and O-ring seal (16) onto adapter (14) .

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install adapter (14) into the pump housing. Tighten adapter (14) to a torque of 80 N m (59 lb ft).
Install cartridge (13) onto adapter (14) .

Install solenoid (12) , O-ring seal (11) , and nut (10) .

Install port plate (8) and O-ring seal (7) onto head (6) .

Install head (6) and bolts (5) . Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 75 N m (55 lb ft).
