3 16 0S-1594 Bolt Before assembly, lubricate the threads and bearing surface with Loctite C5A copper anti-seize.

After the bolts are tightened, close the short end of the lock plate around the head of the bolt. close the long end of the lock plate around the turbine clamp. Replace opened lock plates.
