Removal Procedure
Personal injury or death may result from failure to adhere to the following procedures.Fuel leaked or spilled onto hot surfaces or electrical components can cause a fire.Clean up all leaked or spilled fuel. Do not smoke while working on the fuel system.Turn the disconnect switch OFF or disconnect the battery when changing fuel filters.
Turn the fuel supply to the OFF position.

Remove bolts (1) and sheet assembly (2).

Disconnect hose assemblies (3) and harness assemblies (4).

Remove filter (7).
Remove bolts (5) and fuel filter and base assembly (6).

Remove pressure sensors (9) and (11). Remove temperature sensor (10).
Remove adaptors (12) and (13). Remove plug (8). Installation Procedure
Install fuel filter and base assembly (6) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten pressure sensors (9) and (11) to a torque of 10 2 N m (89 18 lb in).
Tighten temperature sensor (10) to a torque of 20 3 N m (177 27 lb in).
