PISTON-BRAKE 1237507 - Caterpillar

1. Disconnect line (4) from bottom of hydraulic oil cooler.2. Disconnect line (1) and remove fitting from top of hydraulic oil cooler.3. Remove two bolts from each of the two top brackets (2).4. Remove plate (3) from bottom of cooler.5. Loosen the bolts in the lower bracket. Tilt the oil cooler out and install two 3/8"-16 NC forged eyebolts.6. Fasten a hoist and remove bolts from lower brackets. Remove the hydraulic oil coolers. Weight is 85 lb. (36 kg).Install Hydraulic Oil Cooler
1. Fasten a hoist and put the hydraulic oil cooler (1) in position in machine.2. Install bolts in lower brackets loosely.3. Disconnect the hoist and remove the eyebolts.4. Push the hydraulic oil cooler into position and install the bolts in the upper brackets.5. Tighten bolts in lower bracket and install the lower plate.6. Install fitting for top hose. Connect top and bottom hoses.
