Install the guardrail assemblies (3), (4), and (5) using 18 bolts (6).

Assemble and install the two isolator assemblies onto the handrails. Refer to Illustration 46 for the approximate locations (A). Use two grommets (9), two clips (7), two clips (8), two bolts (10), two nuts (2), four washers (11), and one plate (1) for each isolator assembly. Refer to Illustration 47 for the correct order of assembly.
Repeat Step 1 and Step 2 for the other side of the machine.Installation of the 442-1960 Axle Guard Gp (optional)

The plate assembly (2) has been removed for viewing clarity of the mounting hardware.

From under the front of the machine, position the plate assembly (1) so that the mounting ears line up with the corresponding mounting tabs on the front axle.
Install four pins (3) through the axle mounts and mounting ears of the plate assembly (1).
Install four lynch pins (4) through the holes in the ends of the four pins (3).
Repeat Step 1 through Step 3 for the other plate assembly (2).
