Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the link and bearing assembly. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Link and Bearing - Remove" in this manual.

Remove four bolts (1). The flexible tray is now free from the linkage and bearing assembly.

Remove two bolts (2). Remove hose clamp (4) .
Remove two bolts (3). Remove tube assembly (5) .
Remove four bolts (6). Remove solenoid valve (7) .

Remove bolt (8). Remove valve (11) .
Remove two bolts (9). Remove hose clamp (10) .
Reposition valve (11) away from the linkage and bearing assembly.

Remove two bolts (12). Make sure that two bolts (12) are separated by 150 degrees.
Install two guide pins (13) in the bolt holes of two bolts (12) .

Fasten a lifting sling and a hoist to flexible tray (14). Lift the flexible tray slightly so that linkage and bearing assembly (15) is able to be removed.
Fasten two lifting slings and a hoist to the linkage and bearing assembly (15), as shown. Remove ten bolts (16). Remove the linkage and bearing assembly (15) .
