Installation Procedure

Check gasket (13) for wear or damage. Replace the gasket, if necessary.
Apply 5P-3931 Anti-Seize Compound to the threads of the mounting studs for the turbocharger and to the locknuts.
Position gasket (13) and turbocharger (14) onto the exhaust manifold. Install four locknuts (12). Tighten the locknuts to a torque of 54 5 N m (40 4 lb ft).

Check oil drain tube (10) and the O-ring seals for wear or damage. Replace the parts, if necessary.
Install drain tube (10) and adapter (11) .
Check the gasket and the O-ring seal for wear or damage. This gasket is used on the oil supply tube. Replace the seals, if necessary.
Install oil supply tube (7), the gasket, and the O-ring seal.

Install tube (6) and tighten clamps (4) and (5) .

Install air intake hose (2). Connect support bracket (3) and tighten clamp (1) .End By: Install the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Muffler - Remove and Install".
