Information:

Personal injury or death can result from sudden machine movement.Sudden movement of the machine can cause injury to persons on or near the machine.To prevent injury or death, make sure that the area around the machine is clear of personnel and obstructions before operating the machine.
Personal injury can result from hydraulic oil pressure and hot oil.Hydraulic oil pressure can remain in the hydraulic system after the engine has been stopped. Serious injury can be caused if this pressure is not released before any service is done on the hydraulic system.Make sure all of the attachments have been lowered, and the oil is cool before removing any components or lines. Remove the oil filler cap only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.
Note: This test sets the initial current for wheel movement. This test should be performed if the rear steer valve has been repaired or replaced.

Start the engine. Move throttle switch (1) to the HIGH IDLE position. Engine speed should be 2225 75 rpm.
Operate the engine at high idle. Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature on oil temperature gauge (2). Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches 43° 5.6°C (110° 10°F).
Move the machine into an open area.

Move propulsion lever (3) to the NEUTRAL position.

Move parking brake switch (4) to the ON position.
Stop the engine.

Depress and hold enter switch (5) and escape switch (6) while the key switch is moved to the ON position. Continue to hold the enter switch and the escape switch until the system boots up ("CAL PROPEL" shows on the display). Release the enter switch and the escape switch. Start the engine.
Press escape switch (6) until "REAR STEER RTHRSH" appears.
Move parking brake switch (4) to the OFF position.

Move steering mode switch (7) to the REAR STEER position.

Move travel mode switch (8) to the WORK position.
Slowly move the machine forward or reverse.

Hold rear steer switch (9) to the right. If the rear steering linkage immediately moves, momentarily depress decrement switch (11) in order to decrease the setting. At the point which the linkage stops moving, stop the machine. If the rear steering linkage does not move, use increment switch (10) in order to increase the setting
