Linked EM400 Calibration
To carry out a linked lift mast calibration complete the following steps:

Select "Linked EM Calibration" in order to calibrate the mast.The "Linked EM400 Calibration" dialog appears. Refer to Illustration 1.

Indication of a Laser strike in the "Laser" dialog for Electric MastsNote: Prior to measuring the elevation offset, the electric masts must be lowered in order to determine the retracted positions of the masts.
Press the arrow soft key.The masts are driven to the bottom of the travel range. Once the calibration is completed, the "Linked EM400 Calibration" dialog appears. Refer to Illustration 2.
Press the arrow soft key.The offset of the mast is measured.Once the calibration is completed, the "EM400 Calibration" dialog appears.
Press "Finish" in order to return to the "Calibrate Sensors" menu.If the calibration fails, refer to "Adjust The Electric Masts To Receive a Laser Strike".Adjust The Electric Masts To Receive a Laser Strike
In order to adjust the elevation of a single or dual laser system using electric masts, complete the following steps:
Manually adjust the cross slope of the blade so that the cutting edge is parallel to the laser plane.

From any guidance screen, press "Laser".The "Laser" dialog for electric masts appears.
Laser strike indication in the "Laser" dialog for electric masts.Note: Illustration 3 shows the "Laser" dialog for a dual laser receiver system.
Use one of the following tools in order to adjust the height of the mast so that the laser strike indicator is approximately centered on the laser receiver graphic.
To raise the mast, press "Raise Mast(s)". Move the strike point downward.
To lower the mast, press "Lower Mast(s)". Move the strike point upward.
To stop the mast movement press the Escape key.
To return to the guidance screen. press the "OK" key or the Escape Key.If you move the masts through the full range of movement and are unable to register a laser strike, ask your site manager to reposition the laser transmitter.
