Install pin (8) in planetary shaft (5) .
Apply clean oil to sleeve bearing (7). Install sleeve bearing (7) in gear (9) .

Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to position planetary carrier (1) on a suitable block. The weight of the final drive is approximately 84 kg (185 lb). Install thrust washer (6), gear (9) and thrust washer (10) in final drive (1) .
Install planetary shaft (5) in final drive (1). Align pin (8) with the slot in the planetary carrier.
Repeat steps 1 through 4 for the installation of the other two planetary gears.

Install O-ring seal (4) to final drive (1). Install final drive (1) into wheel assembly (3) .
