Information:


1-Precleaner. Wash all parts with water before installing. 2-Clamp. Loosen clamp bolts. Remove exhaust pipe. 3-Bolts (four).
4-Latch assembly. Release latch on both sides of radiator. Lift hood from machine.Dash Removal
1. Remove hood and floor plates adjacent to dash.
2-Water pressure line. 3-Clips. 4-Water temperature indicator bulb. Plug hole with cork. 5-Oil pressure gauge line. 6-Remove hydraulic tank.
7-Install two 3/8"-16 NC forged eyebolts in these holes. Attach hoist. 8-Battery cables (two). 9-Water temperature line. 10-Water pressure line. 11-Engine oil pressure line. 12-Governor control linkage. 13-Fuel pressure line. 14-Steering clutch control rods (two). 15-Wiring harness connection. 16-Bolts (four). Two on each side of dash.Identify all wiring to assure proper position at installation. Seat Cushion Removal
The seat cushions are in four sections. The arm rest cushions cover the battery boxes. The bottom cushion is removed by lifting it off the dowels (1).
1-Dowels (two). 2-Arm rest cushion fasteners (two). One on each side. 3-Arm rest cushions. Slide forward until guide pins clear grommets. 4-Grommets. 5-Bolts (two). 6-Back cushion. Slide cushion up and lift out.Battery Removal
1-Thumb screws (four). Two on each box. 2-Screw assembly (two). One on each box. 3-Terminal bolts and nuts. Lift terminals out of way for battery removal. 4-Handles. Raise handles and attach hoist. Right side battery box is shown. Depending upon battery voltage, cable installation will vary. Always identify both positive and negative posts and terminals for correct assembly at installation. See the Lubrication and Maintenance Information part of this manual for a wiring diagram.Fuel Tank Removal
1-Bolts (four). Remove rear plate. 2-Bolts (four). Two on each side. 3-Bolts (two). One on each side.
4-Shut off fuel supply valve. 5-Fuel supply line.6. Attach hoist to grab irons and remove tank. Fuel Tank And Seat Assembly Removal
This illustrates fuel tank and seat assembly removal as a unit on a direct drive machine. Power shift machines require the disconnection of the transmission's control linkage. Remove bolts securing unit to fenders.Fender Removal
1-Bolts (six). Three on each fender. 2-Bolts (four). Two on each fender. 3-Bolts (eight). Four on each fender.Stationary Drawbar Removal
1-Nuts and washers (six each). 2-Bolts and nuts (four each), washers (eight). Loosen slightly before attempting to remove drawbar brackets (3) from studs in steering clutch case. 4-Clevis can be positioned "high" or "low" by turning 180° and remounting latch and latch plate on top of clevis. Assemble clevis in "low" position when rear cable control is used.
