1. Open the manual load valve fully (turn counterclockwise).2. Move the lift control lever to LOWER position.3. With the engine at 2400 rpm, slowly turn the manual load valve clockwise until the pressure goes up to 1000 psi.4. Look at the oil temperature gauge. When the oil temperature is 100°F, turn the manual load valve clockwise until the pressure is 1500 psi.5. When the oil temperature is 160°F, move the lift and tilt cylinders several times through full cylinder travel.6. Move the cylinders through their cycles as long as necessary to get the desired oil temperatures of 150°F all through the system.
