PROBLEM
The existing aftercooler core can leak on certain 3512C HD Locomotive Engines. If the existing aftercooler core fails it can/will result in low coolant levels in the locomotive and/or engine hydraulic lock.

Replace aftercooler core in accordance with KENR8129, "Aftercooler - Remove and Install".
