Use the ET to calibrate the service brake pedal sensor. Calibration is required in the following situations:
The service brake pedal sensor is replaced or the service brake pedal sensor is serviced.
The hystat ECM is replaced or the hystat ECM is removed for service.The hystat ECM must detect the following conditions before starting the calibration procedure:
The engine is off.
There are No Active Diagnostics.If any of these conditions are not met during the calibration, the procedure is aborted immediately.Use the ET in order to calibrate the service brake pedal sensor. Select Service from the main menu. Then, select "CALIBRATION" from the drop-down menu. Select the service brake pedal sensor from the selection menu. Follow the instructions that are provided.
