Hot oil and hot components can cause personal injury. Do not allow hot oil or hot components to contact skin.
Operate the machine until the oil is warm.Park the machine on a level surface with front wheels straight ahead. Lower all attachments to the ground. Apply a slight downward pressure to the attachments. Center the articulation of the machine and install the frame lock pin. The frame lock pin must move freely in the frame. Move the front wheels to vertical and install the wheel lean bolt. Engage the parking brake. Stop the engine.The hydraulic tank sight gauge is positioned on the left side of the machine.

Operate the machine until the oil is warm.
Park the machine on a level surface with the front wheels straight ahead.
Lower all attachments to the ground. Apply a slight downward pressure to the attachments.
Center the articulation of the machine and install the frame lock pin. The frame lock pin must move freely in the frame.
Move the front wheels to vertical and install the wheel lean locking bolt.
Engage the parking brake. Stop the engine.
Maintain the oil level above the "MIN" mark on sight gauge (2) .
If necessary, add oil. Clean the area around hydraulic oil filler cap (1) of any dirt or debris. This must be done before the hydraulic oil filler cap can be removed.Note: Confirm that the oil type added is the same oil type shown in Messenger and on the hydraulic system oil film.
Slowly remove the hydraulic oil filler cap in order to relieve the tank pressure.
Add oil through the filler tube.
Clean the hydraulic oil filler cap and install the hydraulic oil filler cap.
