Battery Disconnect Switch For The Tractor

Battery Disconnect Switch - The battery disconnect switch (key) is located in the engine compartment on the right side of the tractor.
OFF Position (1) - To deactivate the electrical system, turn the key counterclockwise to the OFF position.
ON Position (2) - To activate the electrical system, insert the disconnect switch key and turn the key clockwise. The key must be turned to the ON position before you start the engine.Turn the key to the OFF position and remove the key:
Before you service the machine, remove the key.
If the machine is not operated for an extended period, remove the key.
Help prevent battery discharge by removing the key.The following problems can cause battery discharge:
Short circuits
Current draw via some of the components
VandalismNote: Buildup of dirt on a battery may cause battery discharge. Turning the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position will not prevent a dirty battery from discharging.Battery Disconnect Switch For The Scraper
