Disconnect forward EDC at connector (32).Note: If disconnection of the EDC's causes the unprompted movement to cease, the issue is electrical.Note: Disconnection of the EDC connectors will cause a fault to appear in the monitoring system when the machine is started. After this procedure is completed and the EDCs are reconnected, the fault will no longer be active.

Loosen locknut (33) on the pump adjustment mechanism. Slowly turn adjustment screw (34) until the left conveyor does not move. If the conveyor does not stop after turning the adjustment screw one full turn, go to Step 14.
Continue rotating adjustment screw (34) until the conveyor just begins to move. Note the angular position of the wrench. If the conveyor does not move after turning the adjustment screw one full turn, go to Step 14.
Rotate adjustment screw (34) in the opposite direction. The conveyor should stop. Continue rotating the adjustment screw until the conveyor just begins to move in the opposite direction. Note the angular position of the wrench. If the conveyor does not move in the opposite direction after turning the adjustment screw one full turn, go to Step 14.
Rotate adjustment screw (34) to the center of the positions which were noted in Step 10 and Step 11. The conveyor should stop. Hold the adjustment screw in place, and tighten locknut (33) to a torque of 10 N m (7 lb ft).
Go to Step 32.
Press rpm decrease switch (7) for the throttle control once to operate the engine in low idle.
Shut off the engine. Either place machine power switch (8) in the OFF position or press and hold push to start switch (5) for 3 seconds. An LED next to the push to start switch will flash when the engine is in shutdown mode.
If the engine was shut down using the push to start switch (5), move machine power switch (8) to the OFF position.

Remove the plug from port "M4" (35) from the left conveyor pump.
Install one Tool (B) in port "M4" (35). Tighten Tool (B) to a torque of 12 N m (9 lb ft).

Remove the plug from port "M5" (36).
Install one Tool (B) in port "M5" (36). Tighten Tool (B) to a torque of 12 N m (9 lb ft).
Connect one Tool (A2) to Tool (B) on port "M4" (35). Connect one Tool (A2) to Tool (B) on port "M5" (36).
Move machine power switch (8) to the ON position.
Press push to start switch (5) for 2 seconds to start the engine. An LED next to the push to start switch will flash when the engine is in start mode. When the engine has started, the LED will remain illuminated.Note: Only one attempt to start the engine is allowed per key cycle. A new key cycle is necessary to restart the process.
Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes.
Press rpm increase switch (12) on the throttle control to place the engine in high idle. The engine speed should increase to 2200 rpm.
