Removal Procedure
Start By:
Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".

Remove two bolts (1) and the washers. Disconnect cover assembly (2) .

Disconnect electrical connector (3). Remove cover assembly (2) .

Remove two bolts (4) and the washers that hold cover (5) in position.

Separate cover (5), spacer (6) and electronic control (7) .

Note: The magnet assembly is threaded in the pin assembly.
Remove two setscrews (8) and magnet assembly (9) from the tilt lever.

If necessary, remove bucket positioner tube assembly (10) by the following steps.
Mark the position of the bucket positioner tube assembly (10) in the tilt cylinder mounting bracket (13) for installation purposes.
Loosen two bolts (11) .
Tighten setscrew (12) in order to spread the mounting bracket (13) on the tilt cylinder.
Slide the bucket positioner tube assembly out of the mounting bracket.Installation Procedure

Install bucket positioner tube assembly (10) by the following steps.
Slide the bucket positioner tube assembly into the original position in the mounting bracket.
Loosen setscrew (12) in order to tighten mounting bracket (13) on the tilt cylinder.
Tighten bolts (11) .

Install two setscrews (8) and magnet assembly (9) on the tilt lever.

Assemble cover (5), spacer (6), electronic control (7), two bolts (4) and the washers.

Install cover assembly (2) and electrical connector (3) .
