This diagnostic code is associated with the calibration of the lift valves. The blade has moved outside of the upper or lower limits that have been previously set for the calibration.System Response:When this diagnostic code is active, "EXIT ERROR" will be shown on the display LCD.Test Step 1. RECALIBRATE THE VALVENote: Make sure that the Blade Cushion Option is turned off.
Restart the valve calibration procedure. Refer to Systems Operation, Troubleshooting, & Testing and Adjusting, "Bank valve (Grade Control) - Calibrate"Expected Result:Recalibration causes the diagnostic code to become inactive.Results:
OK - Calibration causes the diagnostic code to become inactive.Repair: Return the machine to normal operation.STOP
NOT OK - Calibration has not caused the diagnostic code to become inactive.Repair: The calibration was not performed correctly. Check the machine alignment, then perform the calibration again. Refer to Systems Operation, Troubleshooting, & Testing and Adjusting, "Bank valve (Grade Control) - Calibrate".STOP
