(1) Old exhaust shield
Remove exhaust shield (1) to access the bypass tube that is located behind the shield.

(2) Four 0S-1594 Bolts (3) Four 5M-2894 Hard Washers
Remove bolts (2) and washers (3) that secure the NOx buffer bracket.

(4) 441-1528 Bracket (5) 6V-5039 Clip (6) 6V-5040 Clip (7) 136-4185 Bolt (8) Two 5P-8245 Hard Washers (9) 6V-3631 Full Nut
Use clips (5) and (6) along with bolt (7), hard washers (8), and nut (9) to secure the bypass tube to bracket (4) .
Install bracket (4) between the exhaust flower pot and the NOx buffer bracket.

Secure both brackets with new bolts (10) and washers (11) .

(12) 384-1791 Exhaust Shield
Install new exhaust shield (12) .Note: The new 384-1791 Exhaust Shield has extra clearance to clear the new bracket and mounting hardware.
