Loosen three hose clamps (8) .

Remove four nuts (9) and the washers. Remove preheater (10) .Installation Procedure

Install preheater (10) with four nuts (9) and washers.

Connect three hoses (7) .
Tighten three hose clamps (8) .

Connect electrical wire (6) .

Install wire ties (5) .

Connect electrical wire (4) .

Install cover (2) with bolt (3) and two bolts (1) .
Fill the cooling system. The capacity of the cooling system is 24 L (6.3 US gal).Reference: Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7197, "Cooling System Coolant Extender (ELC) - Add"

Turn the secondary disconnect switch to the ON position (B) .
Raise the bottom guard.Reference: Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7197, "Bottom Guard Lowering"
Close the engine hood.End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
