Disconnect hose assembly (4). Remove bolts (5) and the spacers. Position valve assembly (6) out of the way.

Loosen bolt (7). Disconnect harness assembly (8). Remove bolts (10) and clamp (9). Position harness assembly (8) out of the way.

Remove bolts (13). Install bolts (13) into a different location in order to release the parking brake. Remove bolts (14) and (15) .

Install Tooling (B) into the bolt holes from bolts (14) and (15). Use a suitable block in order to support the opposite end of Tooling (B) .

Do not remove bolts (16) and (19). Bolts (16) and (19) secure the parking brake assembly together. Bolts (16) and (19) are identified by the notches in the housing. Remove bolts (17) and fitting (18) .

Retract parking brake assembly (20) on Tooling (B) for a distance of 508 mm (20.0 inch). Attach Tooling (C) to parking brake assembly (20). Attach Tooling (D) and a suitable lifting device to Tooling (C) and the machine structure. Repeat the use of Tooling (D) and Tooling (C) on the opposite side of the machine. The weight of parking brake assembly (20) is approximately 168 kg (370 lb).
Use Tooling (D) and Tooling (C) in order to support parking brake assembly (20). This will relieve weight from Tooling (B). Remove Tooling (B).

Carefully releaseone Tooling (D) in order to position parking brake assembly (20) under the steering cylinder.

Attach Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to parking brake assembly (20). The weight of parking brake assembly (20) is approximately 168 kg (370 lb). Remove parking brake assembly (20) .
