This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI3822" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3822" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The correct wheel bearing retainer plate may not have been installed in certain 637E Scrapers. (Scraper Wheels Only) The retainer plates need to be inspected and replaced if necessary.

Rework Procedure
1. Drain the wheel and remove the 2G5883 Cover. (Both Sides)2. Remove the 6G8672 Sun Gear, 9D4414/9D4413 Axle Shaft and 8W6206 Spacer.3. Measure the center hole in the retainer. If the hole size is 69.9 mm, no further action is required.4. If the hole in the retainer is 85mm, the retainer must be replaced with a new 8W6208 Retainer and 8W6206 Spacer. Refer to the Service Manual as required.
