Park the machine on level ground and engage theparking brake. Lower the boom until the coupler is at rest on the ground.
Inspect the cable, connectors and sensor for signsof damage. Damage to any of these components will possibly cause the unitto malfunction. If the longitudinal stabilityindicator is malfunctioning and damageis evident to any of these components, replace the components before continuingwith this procedure.
The cable will be tied in a loop as shown in Photo1. Cut the ties and release the cable.
Mark out the position for the 7T-1099 Link onthe inside of the chassis. Align this with the position of the P Clip onthe rear axle as shown in Photo 2.
For all machines except the TH580B, weld the linkto the inside of the chassis side wall as shown in Photo 3. Ensure theweld is at least 15mm from the plate edge or any other weld.
For the TH580B, weld the link in alignment withthe axle P Clip as before, but to the underside of the main chassis plateas shown in Photo 4.
Refit the cable using the 3S-2093 Cable Tie tothe link as shown in Photo 5.
