Information:

4. Disconnect hose assembly (9) from the tilt cylinder. Disconnect hose assembly (8) from tube assembly (6). Put plugs in the hose assemblies, tube assembly and in the tilt cylinder. 5. Remove tube assembly (6) and the bracket from the tilt cylinder. Put a plug in the end of the tube assembly and in the tilt cylinder. 6. Remove the grease fitting from rod pin (10). If necessary, use tool (A) to clean the threads in pin (10).7. Remove the bolt and nut (11) that hold pin (10) in position. 8. Use tooling (B) to remove the rod pin. 9. If necessary, use tool (A) to clean the threads in pin (13). Remove bolt and nut (12) that hold pin (13) in position.10. Fasten a hoist to the tilt cylinder. 11. Use tooling (B) to remove the cylinder pin.12. Remove the tilt cylinder. The weight of the cylinder is 365 lb. (164 kg).Install Tilt Cylinders
1. Fasten a hoist to the tilt cylinder and put it in position on the machine. 2. Install tool (A) in the end of cylinder pin (1) and install the pin. Make sure the hole in the pin is in alignment with the hole in the lever. 3. Install bolt (2) and the nut to hold pin (1) in position. 4. Install tool (A) in the end of rod pin (3). Put the rod in position and install pin (3) with the hole in the pin in alignment with the hole in the lever assembly. 5. Install the bolt and nut (4) to hold the rod pin in position. Install the grease fitting in the end of the rod pin.6. Put clean oil on the O-ring seal and install it in tube assembly (5). Make sure all plugs are removed and put tube assembly (5) and the bracket in position on the tilt cylinder. 7. Install the bolts to hold tube assembly (5) to the rod end of the tilt cylinder. 8. Install the bolts and lockwashers that hold bracket (9) to the tilt cylinder.9. Put clean oil on the O-ring seals and install them in hose assemblies (7) and (8). Remove the plugs from the hose assemblies and tilt cylinder.10. Connect hose assembly (8) to the cylinder. Connect hose assembly (7) to tube assembly (5).11. Install the lockwasher and bolt (10) to hold the clip for the bucket position oil lines in position.12. Connect oil line (6) for the bucket positioner master valve to tube assembly (5). 13. Install rod (12) and support (11) on the cylinder rod. See TESTING AND ADJUSTING for correct adjustment of the bucket positioner and master valve.14. Fill the hydraulic system with oil to the correct level. Put clean grease in the cylinder and rod pins.
