Connect Tool (F) and Tool (G) to Tool (E). Connect Tool (G) to diagnostic connector (13). Connect Tool (F) to USB port on Tool (D).
Move engine start switch (8) to the START position. Release the switch when the engine starts.
Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes. Place the engine in high idle.
Operate the hydraulic system until the oil temperature reaches the test temperature of 45 °C (113 °F).
Move parking brake switch (2) to the OFF position.

Use vibratory frequency switch (14) to set the vibratory system in the low frequency/high amplitude mode on both drums.Note: Two things indicate when the vibratory system is in the low frequency/high amplitude mode. First, "Vibratory Frequency Mode Low" will appear on the display. Second, one LED next to vibratory frequency switch (14) will be illuminated.

Use front drum select switch (15) to select the front drum.Note: Two things indicate when the machine is in both drums mode. First, "Vibe Drum Select Dual" will appear on the display. Second, both LEDs next to drum select switch (15) will be illuminated.
Set the vibratory system in the manual mode.

Select "Main Menu" (16) on the machine display.
Select "Machine Setup" (17).

Select "Vibe Turn On Speed" (18).

Select "Manual" mode (19).
Launch the Plus+1TM program on the computer to enable the vibe test mode.Note: First time users need to perform the tasks in the Communication and Connections Wizard. This wizard allows the Windows® operating system to recognize the USB device. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Click "Status" icon (20).
Check "Active Codes". Clear any open "Active Codes".
Click "Machine Control" (21).

Click "Enable" icon (24) to enable the "Normal Vibe Test Mode".
When "Normal Vibe Test Mode" is in "Enabled" mode, the Plus+1TM program is launched.

Press vibratory control switch (25) on the propel lever. The vibratory control switch must be held in the ON position for at least 2 seconds for the vibratory system to actuate.
Watch pressure on Tool (A) for an initial abrupt increase. Record the highest pressure as the intercircuit relief setting. The intercircuit relief setting should be 25000 2000 kPa (3630 290 psi).
Use vibratory control switch (25) to stop the vibratory system.
Place the engine in ECO mode or in low idle.
Move parking brake switch (2) to the ON position.
Move engine start switch (8) to the OFF position.
If the pressure recorded at port "Mp" (12) is outside the specified range, go to Step 34. If the pressure is inside the specified range, go to Step 37.

Loosen locknut (26) on the intercircuit relief valve. Rotate adjustment screw (27) clockwise to increase intercircuit relief pressure. Rotate the adjustment screw counterclockwise to decrease intercircuit relief pressure.
Hold adjustment screw (27) in place, and tighten locknut (26) to a torque of 12 N m (8.9 lb ft).
Go to Step 13 to recheck the intercircuit relief pressure.
Remove tooling from diagnostic connector (13).
If necessary, lower the machine to the ground.
Remove the tooling from port "Mp" (12).
Remove Tool (H) from brake
