The following pressure taps connect a hose group with a 4000 kPa (580 psi) pressure gauge to the fitting at the pressure tap: (1) , (3) , (4) , (5) , (6) and (7) .
The pressure tap (2) connects a hose group with a 400 kPa (58 psi) pressure gauge to the fitting at the pressure tap.
Start the engine and run the engine at low idle.
With the transmission gear selector in NEUTRAL, shift the direction control lever to FIRST SPEED FORWARD. Increase engine rpm to high idle. The pressure on the gauge for the forward low clutch (4) must be 1450 250 kPa (210 36 psi). The pressure on clutch 1 (1) must be 1450 250 kPa (210 36 psi).
Shift the direction control lever to SECOND SPEED FORWARD. When the transmission output speed is approximately 365 rpm, the solenoid for the FORWARD HIGH clutch (5) and the solenoid for the clutch 1 (1) energizes. The pressure on the gauge for the forward high clutch must be 1450 250 kPa (210 36 psi). The pressure on the clutch 1 must be 1450 250 kPa (210 36 psi).
Shift the direction control lever to THIRD SPEED FORWARD. When the transmission output speed is approximately 630 rpm, the solenoid for the FORWARD HIGH clutch (2) and the solenoid for the clutch 2 (6) energizes. The pressure on the gauge for the forward high clutch must be 1450 250 kPa (210 36 psi). The pressure on the clutch 2 must be 1450 250 kPa (210 36 psi).
Shift the direction control lever to FOURTH SPEED FORWARD. When the transmission output speed is approximately 1225 rpm, the solenoid for the FORWARD LOW clutch (4) and the solenoid for the clutch 3 (7) energizes. The pressure on the gauge for the forward low clutch must be 1450 250 kPa (210 36 psi). The pressure on the clutch 3 must be 1450 250 kPa (210 36 psi).
Shift the direction control lever to FIFTH SPEED FORWARD. When the transmission output speed is approximately 2000 rpm, the solenoid for the FORWARD HIGH clutch (5) and the solenoid for the clutch 3 (7) energizes. The pressure on the gauge for the forward high clutch must be 1450 250 kPa (210 36 psi). The pressure on the clutch 3 must be 1450 250 kPa (210 36 psi).
With the transmission gear selector in NEUTRAL, shift the direction control lever to FIRST SPEED REVERSE. Increase engine rpm to high idle. The pressure on the gauge for the REVERSE clutch (3) must be 1450 250 kPa (210 36 psi). The pressure on the clutch 1 (1) must be 1450 250 kPa (210 36 psi).
