Removal Procedure
Personal injury can result from failure to disconnect the battery.First, disconnect the negative battery cable. Then, disconnect the positive battery cable.A positive power lead can cause sparks if the battery is not disconnected. Sparks can possibly result in battery explosion or fire.

Open panel (1). Turn the battery disconnect switch (2) to the OFF position.

Disconnect negative cable assemblies (3). Disconnect positive cable assemblies (4). Remove battery clamps (6), remove batteries (5) .Installation Procedure

Install batteries (5) in the reverse order of removal.
Connect positive cable assemblies (4) first.
Connect negative cable assemblies (3) next.
