ACTION REQUIRED
Remove the 2 steel nuts from the 263-4736 Solenoid on 255-4582 Vibration Valve. Replace the nuts with 331-6553 Plastic Nuts. Tighten the plastic nuts to a torque of 5 Nm.

Dear Caterpillar Product Owner:
The 255-4582 Vibration Valve needs to be inspected and reworked on the products listed below. The 2 existing 263-4736 Coils may be installed using wrong steel nuts instead of the correct plastic nuts. Valve actuation can be altered.
Contact your local Caterpillar dealer immediately to schedule this service. The dealer will advise you of the time required to complete this service.
Please refer the dealer to their Service Letter dated 19Jun2008 when scheduling this service.
