The screed hoist control is located on the operator's console. The position may vary depending on the model. This switch is a three-position switch. This switch has a lock in the HOLD position. In order to move the switch, you must lift the switch handle.Move the switch to the RAISE position (1) in order to raise the screed. Move the switch to the HOLD position (2) in order to hold the screed in position. The HOLD position will hold the screed in any desired position. Move the switch to the LOWER position (3) in order to lower the screed. In order to pave, the switch must be set to the FLOAT position (3) .
