Removal Procedure
Block the machine wheels in order to prevent the machine from moving.
Apply hydraulic pressure to the brake.

Remove plug (8).
Remove nut (2) and capscrew (3).
Loosen coupling nut (7) and back off set screw (6) until the end of piston (4) that contacts the front brake pad is flush with the exposed end of piston (5).
Release hydraulic pressure from the brake and remove brake pads (1). Installation Procedure

Install brake pads (1).
Tighten set screw (6) until front brake pads are clamped to the disc.
Back out set screw (6) half of a turn.
Hold set screw (6) in position. Torque coupling nut (7) to 72 3 N m (53 2 lb ft).
Install plug (8) and torque plug (7) to 65 3 N m (48 2 lb ft).
Install capscrew (3) and nuts (2). Adjust capscrew (3) in order to obtain a 0.33 0.05 mm (.013 .002 inch) clearance between brake pads and the brake disc. Install nuts (2) and torque nuts (2) against each other to a torque rating of 43 3 N m (32 2 lb ft).
Release hydraulic pressure to the brake.
Remove the blocks from the machine wheels.
