Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, thoroughly clean all parts in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Do not use wiping cloths or rags to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement. Dirt and other contaminants can damage the precision component. Perform assembly procedures on a clean work surface. Keep components covered and protected at all times.Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Attach a suitable lifting device to piston pump (13). The weight of piston pump (13) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb).
Position piston pump (13) and install bolts (14).

Install tube assembly (10). Connect hose assembly (11) and harness assembly (12).

Position the valve and bracket assembly (7) and install bolts (5).
Connect hose assembly (4), hose assembly (8), and harness assembly (6). Install hose assembly (9).

Close door assemblies (3).

Use two people in order to install door assembly (1). Install plate assembly (2).
Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change". End By:
Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
