This Program can only be administered after a failure occurs. The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS0954" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
1996 COSA mail code O-207 is not in order since it was added at Revision SEBE5737-01 in January 1997.
This Revised Service Letter replaces the May 20, 1996 Service Letter. Changes have been made to the Mail Codes.

Replace the front wheel rims on 428, 428B, 438 and 438B Backhoe Loaders used in severe operating conditions. The 9R6193 Wheel Rim may fail due to stress when operating in severe conditions. A new 1350786 Wheel Rim can be installed.
