1 1 - Apply ultra blue Loctite blue RTV silicone sealant across the entire length of the joint to the top of the joint between the oil pans.
2 1 109-5839 Drain Plug Lubricate the threads with clean engine oil before assembly.
Torque to 96 15 N m (71 11 lb ft).
3 15 0S-1588 Bolt Use the following procedure to tighten the bolts :
Tighten the bolts in the numerical sequence that is shown in Illustration 1 to 45 5 N m (33 4 lb ft).
After few minutes, again tighten the bolts in the numerical sequence that is shown in Illustration 1 to 45 5 N m (33 4 lb ft).
