Rotate or change the router bits if damaged or worn excessively.1. Raise the bowl and place blocking under it.2. Lower the bowl to the blocking.Do not block the bowl any higher than necessary to remove router bits. 3. Remove the locking pin lock bolt (1) and pin assembly (2). 4. Raise the apron high enough to clear the blocking pin holder and install the blocking pin.5. Lower the apron, until the apron is resting on the blocking pin. 6. Remove the bolts and remove router bits.7. Clean the contact surfaces.8. Use the opposite side of the router bits if not worn.9. Install new router bits if both sides are worn.10. Install the bolts and tighten to the specified torque. See "Torques for Ground Engaging Bolts" chart.11. Raise the apron and remove the blocking pin from the pin holder. Lower the apron and return the blocking pin to its storage location.12. Raise the bowl and remove the blocks.13. Lower the bowl to the ground.14. After a few hours of operation, Check the bolts for proper torque.Steering Pump Outlet Screen
Clean Screen
Clean the screen anytime there is a pump failure or pump change in the hydraulic system. The screen is located inside the left frame rail. 1. Remove bolts (1) and screen cover (2).2. Inspect the cover seal (3). Replace if damaged.3. Remove screen (4). Clean screen (4) and screen cover (2) in a nonflammable solvent.4. Install screen (4), cover seal (3), cover (2) and bolts (1).Torque Converter Screen

Remove and clean the torque converter screen if the transmission or torque converter is disassembled for any reason. The torque converter sump screen is located under the tractor next to the transmission. 1. Remove drain plug and allow oil to drain into a suitable container.2. Remove four bolts and cover assembly.3. Remove the screen assembly.4. Wash the screen assembly in a clean, nonflammable solvent.4. Clean and install drain plug.5.
