Attach a suitable lifting device to lift cylinder (20). The weight of lift cylinder (20) is approximately 181 kg (399 lb).
Remove bolt (18), the nut and the washer.
Remove three bungs (19) from collet (21) .

Install Tooling (A). Tighten Tooling (A) evenly to remove collet (21) .
Repeat Step 20 and Step 21 for the collet on the other side.

Remove pin (22) and the shims.
Move the lifting device to the new position on the lift cylinder.
Start the engine. Fully retract lift cylinder (20). Stop the engine.
Lower lift cylider (20) onto the front frame.
Repeat Step 18 through Step 26 for the other side lift cylinder.

Install a suitable lifting device to lift arms (23). The weight of lift arms (23), the tilt lever and the tilt link is approximately 2905 kg (6404 lb).

Remove bolt (24), the nut and the washer.
Remove three bungs (25) from collet (26) .

Install Tooling (A). Tighten Tooling (A) evenly to remove collet (26) .

Remove pin (27) and the shims.
Repeat Step 29 through Step 32 for the pivot pin assembly on the other side.
Remove the lift arms.

Remove lip seals (28) from each side of the pivot pin bores in the lift arms.

Install Tooling (B). Use Tooling (B) to remove the sleeve bearings.
Repeat Step 35 and Step 36 for the sleeve bearing on the other side.

Remove lip seals (29) from each side of the lift cylinder pin bores in the lift arm assembly.

Install Tooling (C). Use Tooling (C) to remove the sleeve bearings.
Repeat Steps 38 and Step 39 for the sleeve bearing on the other side.

Remove lip seals (30) from each side of the bucket pin bores in the lift arm assembly.

Install Tooling (D). Use Tooling (D) to remove the sleeve bearings.
Repeat Step 41 and Step 42 for the sleeve bearing on the other side.
