The bogie assembly is free to pivot vertically when the front of the machine is raised.
2. Raise the side of the mainframe up just enough to remove the load from the bogie assembly. Block the mainframe up.3. Remove the bolt that fastens the cross tie rod to the bogie assembly. 4. Remove snap ring (1) and two spacers (2) that hold bogie assembly (4) on trunnion shaft (3). 5. Use a vehicle with forks to remove bogie assembly (4) from the trunnion shaft. The weight of the bogie assembly is 500 kg (1100 lb). 6. If necessary, remove bushings (5) from bogie assembly (4). For installation of the bogie assembly, reverse the removal steps.
