Remove the tow arm.
Personal injury or death can result from servicing the drive belt.The tractor must be on a hard, level surface before the drive belt is removed or personal injury or death could occur.

Remove bolt (2), bolt (3), and support assembly (1).

Raise the machine. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lifting and Tying Down the Machine" for the correct procedure.
Position Tooling (A) under the machine as shown in Illustration 2.
Purge the belt tension system. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Accumulator (Track Tension) - Test and Charge" to release the hydraulic oil pressure in the accumulator.
Install suitable cribbing under belt (4) to support belt (4).
Remove nuts (6).Note: If necessary, apply Tooling (B) to belt (4) to aid in the removal of tire assembly (5) from belt (4).
Attach a suitable lifting device to tire assembly (5). The weight of tire assembly (5) is approximately 51 kg (112 lb).
Remove tire assembly (5).

Remove nuts (7).Note: If necessary, apply Tooling (B) to belt (4) to aid in the removal of tire assembly (8) from belt (4).
Attach Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to tire assembly (8). The weight of tire assembly (8) is approximately 110 kg (242 lb).
Remove tire assembly (8).

Use a suitable lift truck and remove the suitable cribbing from under belt (4).
Use a suitable lift truck and remove belt (4) from the machine. The weight of belt (4) is approximately 299 kg (660 lb).Installation Procedure
Install belt (4) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten nuts (7) to a torque of 450 60 N m (333 44 lb ft).
Tighten nuts (7) again to a torque of 560 60 N m (415 44 lb ft).
Tighten nuts (6) to a torque of 420 25 N m (315 19 lb ft).
Charge the belt tension system. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Accumulator (Track Tension) - Test and Charge" to charge the hydraulic oil pressure in the accumulator.
