A     1U-9200     Lever Puller Hoist     1    Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to engine (15). The weight of engine (15) is approximately 1588 kg (3500 lb). Position engine (15). Install bolts (14) and (16) .

Connect hose assemblies (12). Connect harness assembly (13) .

Connect hose assemblies (10) and (11).

Position harness assemblies. Install the bolt and clip (9).

Connect cable assembly (4). Connect harness assemblies (3) and (5). Connect hose assembly (6). Connect cable assembly (7). Install bolts (8) .

Connect hose assemblies (1) and (2) .End By:
Install the drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Driveshaft - Remove and Install".
Install the radiator guard and the radiator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator Guard and Radiator - Install".
Install the rear and the middle bottom guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guard - Install".
Install the dash panel. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Dash Panel - Remove and Install ".
