Close shutoff valves (1) and (2) by turning the valves clockwise.

Remove bolts (3) and remove plate (4). Use two people in order to remove the plate.

Disconnect hoses (7) and (8) for the heater. Disconnect hose assemblies (5) and (6) for the air conditioning. Disconnect ground strap (9) .

Disconnect harness assemblies (11) and (12) that are located under the front of the cab.

Remove bolts (13) and remove belt (14). Remove bolts (15) and remove plate (16) .

Disconnect harness assemblies (17) and (18). The connectors are located under plate (16) that was removed in Step 6.

Open the covers for the cab lights, as shown. Attach a suitable lifting device with Tooling (A) to the cab, as shown.

Remove three outer cab mounting bolts (19) .

The fourth cab mounting bolt (20) is accessed from the inside of the cab (21). Remove bolt (20) that is located on the right rear of the inside of cab (21). Remove cab (21). The weight of the cab is approximately 1225 kg (2700 lb).Note: The air conditioner may be removed in order to gain better access to the fourth cab mounting bolt. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Conditioner - Remove" for more information.
