Route detection cable (16) and display cable (10) on top of bracket utilizing grommet (28). Release cable (9) routes on the bottom side of bracket utilizing grommet (36). Zip tie all fire suppression cables together to the bracket using cable strap (23). Run the existing harness on the inboard side of the fire suppression cables and zip tie to bracket.

Route detection cable (16) and display cable (10) on top of bracket utilizing grommet (28). Release cable (9) routes on the bottom side of the bracket utilizing grommet (36). Remove the zip ties on the release tee on the top of the fuel tank. Connect release cable (9) from the front of the machine. Connect 488-7083 Cable (Release) that routes to the RH Agent tank. Angle the tee as shown to help reduce stress in the cable coming down from the fender A/C bracket. Zip tie in three locations as shown in picture using 3 cable straps (23).

Remove 334-9005 Rear Console and 514-4028 Cab Liner As (A). Remove 285-3986 Button Plug (B). Drill a 25.4 mm (1 inch) into the 285-3986 Button Plug (B). After the hole is drilled, ensure that cable (10) and (16) will route through the hole. Place button plug (B) back into the hole in the cab and route the cables through the hole. Once the cables are routed through button plug (B), mount the cables and the 510-9951 Chassis Harness As to the second mounting location on rear of right-hand ROPS base using clip (26), clip (27), grommet (28), bolt (29), and washer (30). Use clear 205-8858 Loctite Superflex RV Silicone Adhesive to seal around the perimeter of button plug (B) and around the cable pass-thru.Note: Check to ensure that cables are not rubbing on any corners around the ROPS post and or the Fender A/C bracket. If rubbing is occurring, then adjust the cable appropriately to eliminate rub.
