Place the radiator and the oil cooler on suitable cribbing.

Place the top plate in position on the oil cooler and the radiator. Install the washers, bolts (13), and bolts (14) that secure the top plate (15) to the oil cooler, the radiator and the side plate.

Install bottom plate (8), washers (9), and bolts (10) on the radiator and the oil cooler. Install the cooling drain tube and the fitting (11) on the radiator.
Install Tooling (A) to the radiator and the oil cooler. Use a suitable lifting device and a hoist in order to raise the radiator and the oil cooler. The weight of the core assemblies is 125 kg (275 lb).

While the assembly is suspended carefully install baffle (6), the washers, and bolts (5) to the radiator and the oil cooler. Install lower bolts (7) for the top plate at this time.

Install the radiator and the oil cooler into the radiator guard. Remove Tooling (A) from radiator (4) and oil cooler (3).

Install retaining plates (2), the washers, and bolts (1) that secure the radiator and the oil cooler in the radiator guard.End By: Install the radiator guard, the radiator and the oil cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator Guard, Radiator, and Oil Cooler - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
